Delete your account

You can delete your Queen St Lost account at any time. Deletion is permanent and takes effect immediately.

In the app

1. Open Queen St Lost and go to More.
2. Under Account, tap Delete account.
3. Confirm.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, email info@queenstlost.com from the address on your account and we'll delete it within 30 days. If you signed in with Apple's Hide My Email, tell us the relay address shown in your Apple ID settings under Sign in with Apple.

What gets deleted

• Your account, including your email address and name.
• Your links to Sign in with Apple and Google Sign-In.
• Everything you follow, and the alerts that came with it.
• Your access to edit any band, musician or venue page.

What stays

Band, musician and venue pages — and the shows, posts, photos and videos published to them — are part of the public directory and stay with the page rather than the person who managed it. If you want content you submitted taken down as well, say so in your email, or remove it in the app before deleting your account.
